Temperature Limits for Exercise
When conducting aerobic training or testing in a hot environment, the relative humidity and temperature should be carefully observed to avoid endangering the athlete.
The following questions are in regards to the temperature limit at a given relative humidity. When the temperature is above the temperature limit at a given relative humidity, strenuous exercise should be cancelled, rescheduled, or moved to a more temperature appropriate facility.
