Baylor University Women’s Strength & Conditioning
Jeremy Heffner states that the primary philosophy of the Baylor University strength and conditioning program is to make sure that the athletes receive as much tactical and technical information from their coaches. In order to do that, they have to be healthy enough to be performing at a high level every single day. The responsibility of Baylor’s strength and conditioning program is to keep the athletes health and to maintain strength and power throughout the season. An additional responsibility of Baylor’s strength and conditioning staff is to make sure that the athletes are getting adequate post workout nutrition to maximize their workouts.
